2. Call to Order: Vice Chair Shah called the meeting to order at 8:55 AM.
3. Roll Call-
Present: Vice Chair Rina Shah, Annette Stransky, and Dr. Jo Rodgers
Absent: Chair Alexandra Nugent
Staff: Nicole Johnson, Planner II
4. Oral Communications
None
5. Approval of the February 11, 2020 Minutes
STRANSKY/RODGERS MOVED TO APPROVE THE MINUTES FOR THE
FEBRUARY 11, 2020 MEETING. MOTION PASSED. AYES: SHAH, STRANSKY,
RODGERS. NOES: NONE. ABSTAIN: NONE. ABSENT: NUGENT
6. New Business:
a. 18820 Terrace Court-consider new skylights
STRANSKY/RODGERS MOVED TO RECOMMEND APPROVAL OF THE TWO
NEW SKYLIGHTS AT THE REAR OF THE RESIDENCE. MOTION PASSED.
AYES: SHAH, STRANSKY, RODGERS. NOES: NONE. ABSTAIN: NONE. ABSENT:
NUGENT

• Event Ideas-The HPC discussed potential event ideas including a
table at the Rotary Art Show, walking tours, and the blossom
festival events.
7. Staff Comments:
a. HPC member resignation-Nicole Johnson informed the HPC the
Commissioner John Fitzpatrick had resigned as of February 15, 2020.
b. AB1234 Ethics Training-Nicole Johnson reminded the HPC to sign up for
the March 24th in person class or complete the training by April 1st.
8. Old Business:
a. 18/19 CLG Report (continued from 2/11/20)-the HPC agreed it is ok to
send with suggested modifications
b. Heritage Orchard Master Plan Update (CONTINUED TO APRIL
MEETING)
• Existing conditions
• Recommendations
• Orchard Maintenance Plan, Tasks and Schedule
c. Project Status Update-Commissioner Annette Stransky suggested
adding the Peninsular Interurban stop to the HRI list
9. Commission Items
a. Agenda Packets-Chair Nugent (CONTINUED TO APRIL MEETING)

Vice Chair Shah adjourned the meeting at 9:25 am
