1. APPROVAL OF PRIOR FINANCE COMMITTEE MEETING MINUTES
A. September 19, 2020 Meeting Minutes - approved
2. ORAL & WRITTEN COMMUNICATIONS
A. None
3. OLD BUSINESS
A. Update on Rule 20A
• Action Item - Per Finance Committee recommendation, Staff will prepare and
submit a resolution to the City Council to move forward with the Saratoga
Avenue Undergrounding Option (#1).
4. NEW BUSINESS
A. FY 2019/20 Fund Balance Review
• Action Item - None
B. Annual Committee Workplan Review
• Action Item - Staff will continue to monitor and update workplan throughout the
year. Future Committee meeting dates will be determined in subsequent
meetings.
C. Next Finance Committee meeting date
Tentatively scheduled for February 13, 2020.
