1. APPROVAL OF PRIOR FINANCE COMMITTEE MEETING MINUTES
A. February 19, 2020 Meeting Minutes - approved

4. NEW BUSINESS
A. Age Friendly Survey
• Action Item - Finance Committee recommends providing $20,000 of funding for
the Age Friendly Exit Survey from Council Discretionary Funds in the FY 2020/21
budget. Staff to bring item forward to Budget Study Session/Proposed Budget
for Council discussion/approval.
B. Use of Reserves
Action Item - Finance Committee recommends staff continue to review and
prepare a list of:
1. Areas of revenue shortfalls and potential funding sources
2. Facility Reserve review of potential guidelines/uses
3. Review of Parking District/funding sources
C. Arrowhead Bond Status Update
Action Item - none
D. Risk Management Update
• Action Item - Staff to bring recommendation to the Budget Study Session to
incorporate Risk Management project expense funding in the operational budget,
and remove the $50,000 allocation from the CIP, and from the CIP Priority List.
• Action Item -Staff to bring recommendation to the Budget Study Session to fund
the Art CIP project for Infrastructure Art projects with the above CIP savings, and
to fund the operational portion of the Art program in the Operating Budget.
