Accept Agenda Items: No additional items may be added pursuant to Government Code Section 54954.2. Oral & Written Communication Any member of the public may address the Commission about any matter not on the agenda for this meeting for up to three minutes. Commissioners may not comment on the matter but may choose to place the topic on a future agenda. Approval of Draft Minutes March 14, 2019- Regular Meeting April 23, 2019- SRTS Special Meeting Sheriff’s Report to the Commission Old Business 1. Traffic Matrix #447- Shadow Oaks Issue: Request by Janakiram Dimba for City to improve traffic circulation at Shadow Oaks near the back of Redwood Middle School entrance. Action: TSC will review and discuss data collected by the traffic engineer and make a recommendation. New Business 2. Traffic Matrix #448- Saratoga Vista Issue: Request by Ling Zheng for City to improve traffic safety at the intersection of Saratoga Vista and Beaumont Avenue by installing a 4-way stop. Action: TSC will review and discuss data collected by the traffic engineer and make a recommendation. 3. Traffic Matrix #449- Pierce Road Issue: Request by Pierce resident for the City to help improve sight distance while backing out of driveway. Action: TSC will review and discuss data collected by the traffic engineer and make a recommendation. 4. Traffic Matrix #450- Sumner Drive Issue: Request by Sameer Mathur for the City to reduce speeding at Sumner Drive near the curve closest to Blue Meadow Court. Action: TSC will review and discuss data collected by the traffic engineer and make a recommendation. 5. Traffic Matrix #451- Crestbrook Drive Issue: Request by Philip Wu for the City to reduce speeding at Crestbrook Drive. Action: TSC will review and discuss data collected by the traffic engineer and make a recommendation. 6. Staff Updates a. Process and Governance Update b. Sobey Road, Springer Avenue parking restrictions, Mendelsohn c. Safe Routes to School Program d.
