ADVISORY COMMITTEE
SPECIAL MEETING MINUTES
OCTOBER 27, 2020

1. Call to Order
2. Roll Call: Stallman, Swan, Waltonsmith; City Liaison Burkhalter
3. Report on Posting of the Agenda: Pursuant to Government Code Section 54954.2, the
agenda for this meeting was properly posted on October 23, 2020.
So posted.
4. Oral and Written Communication:
Any member of the public may address the Committee about any matter not on the agenda
for this meeting for up to three minutes. Committee Members may not comment on the
matter but may choose to place the topic on a future agenda.
Chair invited public comment on the item.
The following people requested to speak:
Adrian Taylor thanked the Trails Committee and City for the new Saratoga to the Sea Trail
connection and provided some suggestions for allowing bikers on the trail.
No one else requested to speak.
5. Old Business
A. Circulation Element Trails Map Revisions
Staff presented plan for preliminary edits to General Plan Trails Map, and requested the
Committee discuss the proposed edits. The Trails Map with proposed revisions can be found
in the amended agenda posting.
