A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SARATOGA
APPOINTING MEMBER TO THE SARATOGA LIBRARY AND COMMUNITY
ENGAGEMENT COMMISSION
WHEREAS, one vacancy was created on the Library and Community Engagement Commission
from the expired term of Robert Gulino and two applications were received;
WHEREAS, the City announced the vacancy, accepted applications until August 18, 2021 and
the City Council conducted interviews on September 1, 2021.
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Saratoga hereby resolves that the following
individual is appointed to the following terms:
Name Commission Term
Robert Gulino Library & Community 1 Full Term
Engagement October 1, 2021-September 30, 2025
The above and foregoing resolution was passed and adopted at a regular meeting of the Saratoga City
Council held on the 15t" day of September 2021, by the following vote:
AYES: COUNCIL MEMBERS BERNALD, FITZSIMMONS, KUMAR, VICE
MAYOR WALIA, MAYOR ZHAO
NOES: NONE
ABSENT: NONE
ABSTAIN: NONE
