RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING A NO PARKING ZONE ON
PROSPECT ROAD NEAR BEAUCHAMPS LANE
The City Council of the City of Saratoga hereby resolves as follows:
I. Based upon an engineering and traffic study:
NAME OF STREETS
LOCATION
RESTRICTION
Saratoga Avenue
Both sides of Saratoga
No Parking in Bike Lanes.
Avenue between
Scotland Drive and
Hi hwa 9
II. All prior resolutions and other enactments imposing a parking restriction at the location
specified above are hereby repealed to the extent of their inconsistency with the restriction
specified above.
III. This resolution shall become effective at such time as the signs and/or markings are
installed.
The above and foregoing resolution was passed and adopted by the City Council of the City of
Saratoga at a regular meeting held on the 6t" day of October, 2021, by the following vote:
AYES: COUNCIL MEMBERS BERNALD, FITZSIMMONS, KUMAR, VICE MAYOR
WALIA, MAYOR ZHAO
NOES: NONE
ABSTAIN: NONE
ABSENT: NONE
