A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SARATOGA
APPROVING THE FINAL MAP OF APPLICATION NO. SUB 20-0004
18764 COX AVENUE (APN 389 12 019)
The City Council of the City of Saratoga hereby resolves as follows:
SECTION 1: That certain Final Map of a two -lot subdivision prepared by Sandis Civil
Engineers Inc., dated May 2021, and filed with the City Clerk of the City of
Saratoga on June 16, 2021,meets the requirements of the Subdivision Map Act
and the Saratoga Municipal Code and is approved. The City Manager is
authorized to take action required to record the Final Map.
SECTION 2: All streets and easements shown on said map and offered for dedication to
public use are hereby accepted on behalf of the public and the City Manager is
authorized to execute documents necessary to establish this acceptance.
SECTION 3: The City determines under Government Code 66436 that the division and
development of the subdivision in the manner set forth on the tentative map
underlying said map will not unreasonably interfere with the full and complete
exercise of any utility easements shown on the Final Map and that the map
may therefore be recorded without the easement owner's signature.
SECTION 4: The easement set out in the deed and agreement accompanying said map
offering the certain rights over land within the subdivision, to be used as
private park land pursuant to Saratoga Municipal Code section 14-24.080, is
hereby accepted and the City Manager is authorized to execute documents
necessary to establish this acceptance.
SECTION 5: The Subdivision Improvement Agreement accompanying said map is hereby
approved and the City Manager is authorized to execute it.

2021 by the following vote:
