A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SARATOGA
APPOINTING FIVE MEMBERS TO THE SARATOGA PUBLIC ART COMMISSION
WHEREAS, the Public Art Commission was created to provide counsel and
recommendations on public art policies, budgets, plans, and procedures to the Saratoga City Council,
is comprised of five members; and
WHEREAS, the City announced the vacancies, accepted applications and the City Council
conducted interviews on October 20, 2021.
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Saratoga hereby resolves that the following
individuals are appointed to the Public Art Commission with the following terms:

The above and foregoing resolution was passed and adopted at a regular meeting of the Saratoga City
Council held on the 3rd day of November 2021, by the following vote:

MAYOR ZHAO
