A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SARATOGA
APPOINTING BADRINATH SRIDHARAN TO THE PARKS & RECREATION
COMMISSION
WHEREAS, two vacancies were created on the Parks & Recreation Commission from the
expired terms of Richard Pearce and Ping Li;
WHEREAS, the City announced the vacancies, accepted applications until January 14, 2022
with one application being submitted and the City Council conducted an interview on February 2,
2022.
WHEREAS, the City announced the vacancy again, accepted applications until March 4,
2022 and the City Council conducted interviews on March 16, 2022.
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Saratoga hereby resolves that the following
individual is appointed to Saratoga's Parks & Recreation Commission as follows:
Name Commission Term
Badrinath Sridharan Parks & Recreation Full Term
Ending September 30, 2025
The above and foregoing resolution was passed and adopted at a regular meeting of the Saratoga City
Council held on the 61" day of April 2022, by the following vote:
AYES: COUNCIL MEMBERS BERNALD, KUMAR, ZHAO, VICE MAYOR
FITZSIMMONS, MAYOR WALIA
NOES: NONE
ABSTAIN: NONE I.
ABSENT: NONE
