A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SARATOGA
APPOINTING ROBERT ENG AND JASON MOUNT TO THE TRAFFIC SAFETY
COMMISSION
WHEREAS, one vacancy was created on the Traffic Safety Commission after Jonathan Choi
resigned when he was appointed to the Planning Commission in March 2021, two vacancies were
created from the expired terms of Mitch Kane and Manil Vasantha, and one vacancy will exist with
Christopher Coulter's resignation effective May 20, 2022;
WHEREAS, the City announced the vacancies, accepted applications, and the City Council
conducted interviews on April 20, 2022.
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Saratoga hereby resolves that the
following individuals are appointed to Saratoga's Traffic Safety Commission as follows:
Name Commission Term
Robert Eng Traffic Safety Full Term ending December 31, 2025
Jason Mount Traffic Safety Full Term ending December 31, 2025
The above and foregoing resolution was passed and adopted at a regular meeting of the Saratoga City
Council held on the 41" day of May 2022, by the following vote:
AYES: COUNCIL MEMBERS BERNALD, KUMAR, ZHAO, VICE MAYOR
FITZSIMMONS, MAYOR WALIA
NOES: NONE
