RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING A TEMPORARY NO PARKING ZONE ON
BIG BASIN WAY, WEST OF 6�'�" STREET,AT THE TURNAROUND
The City Council of the City of Sacatoga hereby resolves as follows:
I. Based upon an engineering and traffic study:
NAME OF STREETS LOCATION RESTRICTION
Big Basin Way Big Basin Way Temporary No Parking zone for
Turnaround, west of 6`�' approximately 100' feet with
Street signage.
II. All prior resolutions and other enactments imposing a parking cestriction at the location
specified above are hereby repealed to the extent of their inconsistency with tlle restriction
specified above.
III. This resolution shall become effective at such time as the signs and/or mackings are
installed and shall be lifted upon removal of the signs and/or markings.
The above and foregoing resolution was passed and adopted by the City Council of the City of
Saratoga at a regular meeting held on the 19`�' day of October, 2022, by the following vote:
AYES: COUNCIL MEMBERS BERNALD, KUMAR, ZHAO, MAYOR WALIA
NOES: NONE
ABSENT: NONE �
