The meeting was called to order at 3:30 p.m.

Recommended Action:
Approve the minutes for the October 27, 2022, Finance Committee Regular Meeting.

2. Annual Comprehensive Financial Report (ACFR) for the fiscal year ended June 30, 2022
Recommended Action:
Receive report – No action required
Finance Manager Agnes Pabis introduced Paul Pham from Chavan & Associates LLP, the City’s
auditing firm. Paul provided an overview of the ACFR report.
3. 2023-24 Capital Improvement Program (CIP) Development
Recommended Action:
Receive report – No action required
Administrative Services Director Nick Pegueros provided a summary of the Capital
Improvement Program Project Process Policy timeline.
