The meeting was called to order at 4:05 p.m.

Approve the minutes for the November 29, 2022, Finance Committee Special Meeting.

Administrative Services Director Nick Pegueros presented the 2023 Meeting Schedule,
reviewed Agenda Topics, and introduced the Draft 2023-24 Budget Calendar.
