A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SARATOGA
AMENDING THE ADOPTED FISCAL YEAR 2022-23 BUDGET
WHEREAS, City Council Resolution 22-025 adopted the Fiscal Year 2022-23 Budget on
June 15, 2022; and
WHEREAS, City staff presented a mid -year report containing material changes to the
adopted budget and several corrections requiring City Council approval
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Council of the City of Saratoga
hereby amends the fiscal year 2022-23 budget as follows:
General Fund
Property taxes
Building plan check
Contract plan check services
Transfer General Plan Update Project CIP
Investment income
Total
Other Funds
Office Support Fund*
Risk Management Fund*
Streets Capital - Annual Retaining Wall Maintenance

The above and foregoing resolution was passed and adopted at a regular meeting of the Saratoga
City Council held on the I" day of March 2023 by the following vote:
