SARATOGA DISASTER COUNCIL
SPECIAL MEETING

ORAL COMMUNICATIONS ON NON-AGENDIZED ITEMS
Any member of the public may address the Disaster Council for up to three (3) minutes on
matters not on the Agenda. The law generally prohibits the Disaster Council from discussing or
taking action on such items. However, the Disaster Council may instruct staff accordingly.
AGENDA ITEMS:
1. Introductions
2. City of Saratoga 2019 Emergency Operations Plan
Recommended Action: Discuss, make suggestions to staff, and move to recommend
City Council approval of 2019 Emergency Operations Plan.
3. Joint City of Campbell CERT/City of Saratoga CERT Field training Exercise
Recommended Action: Approve the June 1, 2019 exercise.
