The meeting was called to order at 3:35 p.m.

The Administrative Analyst reported the agenda for this meeting was properly posted on March
28, 2023.

1. Professional Auditing Services Review - Review responses to the 2023 Professional Auditing
Services Request for Proposals and select firms to interview with the Finance Committee at
their April 11, 2023 Regular Meeting.
