RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING NO U-TURN
SOUTHBOUND SARATOGA AVENUE AT RANFRE LANE
The City Council of the City of Saratoga hereby resolves as follows:
I. Based upon an engineering and h•affic study the restriction set forth below is hereby
imposed at the specified street and location:
NAME OF STREETS LOCATION RESTRICTION
Saratoga Avenue at Southbound Saratoga No U-Turn on Saratoga Avenue
Ranfre Lane Avenue Median at Southbound at Ranfi�e Lane
Ranfre Lane
II. All prior resolutions and other enactments imposing a parking restriction at the location
specified above are hereby repealed to the extent of their inconsistency with the
restriction specified above.
III. This resolution shall becotne effective at such time as the signs and/or markings are
installed.
The above and foregoing resolution was passed and adopted by the City Council of the City of
Saratoga at a regular meeting held on the 7t�' day of June, 2023, by the following vote:
AYES: COUNCIL MEMBERS AFTAB, PAGE, WALIA, VICE MAYOR ZHAO,
MAYOR FITZSIMMONS
NOES: NONE
ABSENT: NONE
ABSTAIN: NONE
