A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SARATOGA
APPROVING THE FINAL MAP OF APPLICATION NO. SUB 20-0003
14521 QUITO ROAD (APN 397 05 028)
The City Council of the City of Saratoga hereby resolves as follows:
SECTION 1: Ten lots as shown on that certain Tract Map prepared by HMH, dated
February 2023, and filed with the City Clerk of the City of Saratoga on May
15, 2023, are approved as Eleven (11) individual lots.
SECTION 2: All streets and easements shown on said map and offered for dedication to
public use are hereby accepted on behalf of the public and the City Manager is
authorized to execute documents necessary to establish this acceptance.
The above and foregoing resolution was passed and adopted at a regular meeting of the Saratoga
City Council held on the 19t" day of July 2023 by the following vote:
AYES: COUNCIL MEMBERS AFTAB, PAGE, WALIA, VICE MAYOR ZHAO,
MAYOR FITZSIMMONS
NOES: NONE
ABSENT: NONE
ABSTAIN: NONE
