A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SARATOGA
APPROVING THE FINAL MAP OF APPLICATION NO ULS22-0001
14695 HORSESHOE DRIVE (APN 397 20 055)
The City Council of the City of Saratoga hereby resolves as follows:
That certain Parcel Map of a two -lot subdivision prepared by M & N Consulting Services INC.,
dated July 2023, and filed with the City Clerk of the City of Saratoga on August 2, 2023, meets
the requirements of the Subdivision Map Act and the Saratoga Municipal Code as is. The City
Manager (or designee) is authorized to take action required to record the Final Map.
The above and foregoing resolution was passed and adopted at a regular meeting of the Saratoga
City Council held on the 61" day of September 2023 by the following vote:
AYES: COUNCIL MEMBERS AFTAB, PAGE, WALIA, VICE MAYOR ZHAO,
MAYOR FITZSIMMONS
NOES: NONE
ABSENT: NONE
ABSTAIN: NONE
