A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SARATOGA
AMENDING THE ADOPTED FISCAL YEAR 2023-24 BUDGET
WHEREAS, City Council Resolution 23-061 adopted the Fiscal Year 2023-24 Budget on
June 21, 2023; and
WHEREAS, City Council Resolution 23-078 amended the adopted the Fiscal Year 2023-
24 Budget on September 6, 2023; and
WHEREAS, on November 1, 2023, City Council received policy options,
recommendations from the Planning Commission, received public comment, and provided
direction to staff; and
WHEREAS, City staff presented a report containing material changes to the adopted
budget requiring City Council approval;
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Council of the City of Saratoga
hereby amends the Fiscal Year 2023-24 budget as follows:

The above and foregoing resolution was passed and adopted at a regular meeting of the Saratoga
City Council held on the 151h day of November by the following vote:
