A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SARATOGA
APPROVING THE FINAL MAP OF APPLICATION NO. SUB 21-0001
15015 VICKERY AVENUE(APN 51718 031 & 51718 065)
The City Council of the City of Saratoga hereby resolves as follows:
SECTION 1: Two lots as shown on that certain Tract Map prepared by Barber Surveying,
Inc., dated October 2023, and filed with the City Clerk of the City of Saratoga
on October 25, 2023, are approved as Two (2) individual lots.
The above and foregoing resolution was passed and adopted at a regular meeting of the Saratoga
City Council held on the 20th day of December 2023 by the following vote:
AYES: COUNCIL MEMBERS FITZSIMMONS, PAGE, WALIA, VICE MAYOR
AFTAB, MAYOR ZHAO
NOES: NONE
ABSENT: NONE
ABSTAIN: NONE
