A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SARATOGA
APPROVING THE FINAL MAP OF APPLICATION NO ULS23-0003
13370 PIERCE ROAD (APN 503 51014)
The City Council of the City of Saratoga hereby resolves as follows:
That certain Parcel Map of a two lot subdivision prepared by LE Engineering, dated
January 24, 2024 and filed with the City Clerk of the City of Saratoga on January 8, 2024,
meets the requirements of the Subdivision Map Act and the Saratoga Municipal Code and
is approved. The City Manager (or designee) is authorized to take action required to
record the Final Map.
The above and foregoing resolution was passed and adopted at a regular meeting of the Saratoga
City Council held on the 7th day of February 2024 by the following vote:
AYES: COUNCIL MEMBERS FITZSIMMONS, WALIA, VICE MAYOR AFTAB,
MAYOR ZHAO
NOES: NONE
ABSENT: COUNCIL MEMBER PAGE
ABSTAIN: NONE
