RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SARATOGA
TO AMEND THE ALLENDALE LANDSCAPE AND LIGHTING ASSESSMENT
DISTRICT (LLA-ZONE 36) FISCAL YEAR 2023/24 BUDGET
WHEREAS,the City Council desires to promote safety and visual appeal of the City by means of
landscape and lighting assessment districts throughout the City, and
WHEREAS, Allendale Landscape District is one such assessment district, LLA-Zone 36, and
WHEREAS, landscape enhancements are desired by the neighborhood for LLA Zone 36, and
WHEREAS,additional funds in the amount of$2,802.52 need to be allocated from the LLA Zone
36 fund balance to perform the landscape enhancements,
NOW,THEREFORE,BE IT RESOLVED,that the City Council of the City of Saratoga hereby
approves an amendment to the Fiscal Year 2023/24 budget as follows:
1. Increase expenditure appropriations for Miscellaneous Landscaping Repairs in the Allendale
Landscape-Zone 36 Landscape and Lighting District by$2,802.52.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, the above and foregoing resolution was passed and adopted at
a regular meeting of the Saratoga City Council held on the 3rd day of April 2024 by the following
vote:
AYES: COUNCIL MEMBERS FITZSIMMONS, PAGE, WALIA, VICE MAYOR
AFTAB, MAYOR ZHAO
NOES: NONE
ABSENT: NONE
ABSTAIN: NONE
