Developer of the site at the intersection of Lawrence Expressway and Saratoga Avenue has submitted a landscape plan for the City's approval. Both Roy Swanson and the City Engineer have reviewed the plans and are satisfied with the technical correctness. The Parks and Recreation Commission is being asked to formally approve the plan. The plan differs somewhat from the Median Master Plan in its detail. The City of San Jose has expressed concern with some of the trees which are called for close to the expressway intersection. We will have the construction plan and Median Master Plan at the meeting for your review. Recommended Action: Review the plan and modify as necessary. Approve as modified. C. The developer of Tract 7889, Sobey Road has submitted details for improvement of an equestrian pathway in the subdivision. The City Engineer has asked this Commission to approve the plans which will be available for your review at tonight's meeting. Recommended Action: Review and approve plan.
