These include a trail along Wildcat Creek and a spur of that trail which extends from Wildcat Creek to the end of Ronnie Way. We are forwarding our objection to the location of any public trail on our property for the following reasons: (1) It will jeopardize and interfere with ongoing agricultual operations. (2) It will affect the natural riparian habitat and appearance of Wildcat Creek. (3) It will present a hazard to the public during high water levels of the rainy season. (4) It will disturb the natural environment and thus affect property values. Kerwin Ranch supports the common good of the community but does not support any regulatory scheme which imposes easements or dedications without fair consideration to public safety and all interests of the private property owner. Thank you for your consideration of our interests. Sincerely yours, . ~l ~-~ Linda J. avis, Co-Trustee Kerwin Ranch LP
