II. OLD BUSINESS
A) Update and Review of the Community Recreation and Park
Task Force Workshop - June 8. 1996
This meeting is.required by the Brown Act to be noticed
due to the fact that the Commission is meeting as a body
to review the process for the upcoming scheduled workshop
on Saturday June 8. The Task Force will review with the
Commission the complete focus group workshop process and
train the Commissioners to be facilitators and recorders.
It is very important to the success of the workshop that
you make every effort to attend this meeting. This is
the Commissions only chance to review the workshop
process before June 8.
PLEASE NOTE THE TIME FOR THE MEETING HA8 BEEN CHANGED TO
7600 P.M.
