I think we need a safe gathering place for teenagers to get together for dancing, games, and socializing. I feel that an inviting gathering place could decrease the number of unsupervised teenage parties in Saratoga. Teenagers could gather there to be with friends and enjoy themselves. Teenagers are always complaining that there isn't anything to do in Saratoga. We could solve this problem by establishing a center for teenagers. Parents would be assured that their kids are in a good environment, while the kids are having a great time. I am well aware of the unsuccessful attempt to establish a fathering place in the past. However, I feel that it is time to try again! 47e need a fun, relaxing, and safe place to meet our friends and other teenagers. Very truly yours, ~~~ ~ Kim Bloom
