City Council's visit to Saratoga High did not go very well, wasn't very productive. At meeting at Saratoga High, Mayor Jacobs stated that the city should not pay for dances and bands for youth, commission should have educated council better that the dances were self- sufficient and that city was actually making money. Mount stated that when people have a party they should notify neighbors because it's considerate to do so. Mayor Jacobs also blamed car accidents on kids when accidents were often not the kids' fault, but the adults, again, wasn't very informed.
