Meeting called to order at 7:02 p.m.
Present: Adolphson, Altafi, Behnke, Chang, Chen, Cheng, Cohn, Ghassemi,
Luskey, Prolo
Absent: Breitenbach, Gill
Late: Mount

I. CALL TO ORDER
A. Roll Call
B. Posting of Agenda (Agenda posted on Thurs. Oct.31,1996)
II. COMMUNICATION FROM THE PUBLIC
A. Fundraising-Froess, R.
Protege Marketing: Magazines, Educational C-D Rom, and
Consumer Product Sales. Great way to earn money, lots of hard
work.
III. OLD BUSINESS
A. Fresh Choice-Luskey, B.
1. Will probably do this in Dec.
2. Luskey will get more info after football season.
B. Golf Tournament-Adolphson, S.
1. Made over $1,000
2. Everyone enjoyed it-they want to come again
3. $600 from Registration, $250 from Tee Sponsors, $235 from
Raffle Tickets
4. Need better attendance from Youth Commissioners for help.
5. Youth Commissioners will help write Thank-You letters to
tee sponsors, raffle donors, and participants.
C. Donation Drive Update-Macon, J.
1. $5,685 total as of 11/4/96
2. Sodas from Community parade will bring Youth Commission
another $100.
3. About $1085 came in from the Golf Tournament
D. Parade Results-Lampshire, W.
1. Saratoga Springs donation: $150
2. $400 from Parade Sodas
3. Leftover Sodas donated to the Youth Commission
