Mayor Waltonsmith called the Special City Council meeting to order at 6:00 p.m.
REPORT OF CITY CLERK ON POSTING OF AGENDA FOR FEBRUARY 11,

Cathleen Boyer, City Clerk, reported that pursuant to Government Code Section 54954.2,
the agenda for the meeting of February 11, 2008, was properly posted on February 5,
2008.

The City Council conducted interviews at 6:00 p.m. for three vacancies on the Parks and
Recreation Commission in the Administrative Conference Room.
