SARATOGA CITY COUNCIL
CLOSED SESSION
MAY 31, 2000
The City Council of the City of Saratoga met in Closed Session, in the
Administrative Conference Room, 13777 Fruitvale Avenue at 7:00 p.m. for
the purpose of Conference with Legal Counsel -Anticipated Litigation:
Initiation of Litigation Pursuant to Government Code Section 54956.9(c) (One
Case)
CALL TO ORDER
Mayor Bogosian called the meeting to order via teleconference at Eagle Nest
Motel, Room # 19, 1007 Albeni Highway, Priest River, Idaho at7:00 p.m.
P.S.T.
Mayor and Council confirmed that the speakerphone connection was clear and
each could clearly hear the other.
Mayor Bogosian also reported that no one expressed interest in participating in
the meeting at his location and that no one else was present at his location.

REPORT OF CITY CLERK POSTING OF AGENDA FOR MAY 31,
2000
Pursuant to Government Code 54956, the agenda for this meeting was
properly posted on May 26, 2000.
Mayor Stan Bogosian via teleconference confirmed that an agenda was posted
at Eagle Nest Motel, Room 19, 1007 Albeni Highway, Priest River, Idaho.
PUBLIC COMMENTS
Pursuant to Government Code section 54954.3(a), the City Council will
provide the public with an opportunity to address the Council on any item
described in the notice before or during consideration of that item.

Closed Session.

Vice Mayor Mehaffey adjourned the meeting at 8:10 p.m.
