RESOLUTION CHANGING PARKING RESTRICTION ON BIG BASIN WAY
The City Council of the City of Saratoga hereby resolves as follows:
I. Based upon an engineering and traffic study, the following parking
restrictions shall be designated on Big Basin Way in the location specified
below:
NAME OF
STREET LOCATION RESTRICTION
Big Basin Way 14527 Big Basin Way Two Hour Parking
(APN: 503-25-029),
starting 50 feet north from
the northwest corner of Big
Basin Way and 4th Street
and continuing north for 43
feet.
II. All prior resolutions other enactments imposing a parking restriction at the
location specified above are hereby repealed to the extent of their inconsistency
with the restriction specified above.
III. This resolution shall become effective at such time as the signs and/or
markings are installed.
The above and foregoing resolution was passed and adopted by the City Council of the
City of Saratoga at a regular meeting held on the 16th day of July, 2008, by the following
vote:
AYES: Aileen Kao, Jill Hunter, Kathleen King, Vice Mayor Chuck Page,
Mayor Ann Waltonsmith
NOES: None
ABSTAIN: None
ABSENT: None
