1. Call to Order
Chair Cross called the meeting to order at 10:06 am
2. Roll Call
Commissioners Present: Cross, Gipstein, Manzo, Foscato, Johnson
Commissioners Absent: Chandra, Grover
3. Report on Posting of the Agenda
Tinfow reported that pursuant to Government Code Section 54954.2, the agenda for this meeting was
properly posted on May 14, 2004.
4. Tour of Library
Commission discussed titles for the work list. Library Construction Project List was decided upon. Items
needing completion were discussed and an initial prioritization was done. Tinfow gave a progress update.
The types of jobs were further identified. Commission toured the library to identify and further prioritize
items needing completion.
Manzo/Foscato moved to recommend to the City Council that the two brand new under-the-counter
refrigerators that do not fit in the cafe Lorie Tinfowbe sold in a surplus equipment sale and the
revenue from this sale be returned to the bond fund. Motion passed 6/0.
5. Adjournment
Manzo/Gipstein moved to adjourn the meeting at 12:30pm. Motion passed 6/0
