RESOLUTION RESTRICTING PARKING ON EVANS LANE ALONG
APN 397-OS-027 AND APN 397-OS-009
The City Council of the City of Saratoga hereby resolves as follows:
Section I: Based upon an engineering and traffic study, the following parking restrictions
shall designated on Evans Lane along the frontages of APN 397-OS-027 and APN 397-
05-009:

Along the frontages of APN
APN 397-OS-027 and APN
397-OS-009.
No Parking during the
following hours and days:
7:30 A.M. to 8:30 A.M.
Monday thru Friday;
2:30 P.M. to 3:30 P.M.
Monday, Tuesday,
Thursday, and Friday;
and
1:00 P.M. to 2:00 P.M.
Wednesday.
This resolution shall become effective at such time as the signs and/or markings installed.
The above and foregoing resolution was passed and adopted by the City Council of the
City of Saratoga at a regular meeting held on the 5th day of January, 2005, by the
following vote:
AYES: Councilmembers Aileen Kao, Nick Streit, Ann Waltonsmith,
Vice Mayor Norman Kline, Mayor Kathleen M. King
NOES: None
ABSENT: None
ABSTAIN: None
