RESOLUTION RESTRICTING PARKING ON VISTA ARROYO COURT
The City Council of the City of Saratoga hereby resolves as follows:
Section I: Based upon an engineering and traffic study, the following parking restrictions
shall be designated on Vista Arroyo Court:
NAME OF STREET DESCRIPTION
RESTRICTION
Vista Arroyo Court From Parker Ranch Road No Parking or Stopping
to the end of Vista Arroyo 12:00 A.M. to 6:00 A.M.
Court.
This resolution shall become effective at such time as the signs and/or markings installed.
The above and foregoing resolution was passed and adopted by the City Council of the
City of Saratoga at a regular meeting held on the 20th day of April, 2005, by the
following vote:
AYES: Councilmembers Aileen Kao, Nick Streit, Ann Waltonsmith,
Vice Mayor Norman Kline, Mayor Kathleen King
NOES: None
ABSENT: None
ABSTAIN: None
