RESOLUTION RESTRICTING LEFT TURNS ONTO
HIGHWAY 9 FROM ALOHA AVENUE
The City Council of the City of Saratoga hereby resolves as follows:
Section I: Based upon an engineering and traffic study, the following turning movement
restriction shall be designated at the intersection of Highway 9 and Aloha Avenue:
NAME OF STREET
RESTRICTION
Aloha Avenue Intersection of Aloha Avenue No left turns from Aloha
Avenue onto Highway 9.
This resolution shall become effective at such time as the signs and/or markings installed.
The above and foregoing resolution was passed and adopted by the City Council of the
City of Saratoga at a special meeting held on the 10th day of August, 2005, by the
following vote:
AYES: Councilmembers Aileen Kao, Nick Streit, Vice Mayor Norman Kline,
Mayor Kathleen King
NOES: None
ABSENT: Councilmember Ann Waltonsmith
ABSTAIN: None
