RESOLUTION RESTRICTING PARKING ON HERRIMAN AVENUE
The City Council of the City of Saratoga hereby resolves as follows:
Section I: Based upon an engineering and traffic study, the following parking restrictions
shall be designated on Herrman Avenue:
NAME OF STREET
RESTRICTION
Herriman Avenue The northerly side of No Parking Anytime
Herriman Avenue from
Beaumont Avenue to
Saratoga Vista Avenue.
This resolution shall become effective at such time as the signs and/or markings installed.
The above and foregoing resolution was passed and adopted by the City Council of the
City of Saratoga at a regular meeting held on the 19th day of October, 2005, by the
following vote:
AYES: Councilmembers Aileen Kao, Nick Streit, Ann Waltonsmith,
Vice Mayor Norman Kline, Mayor Kathleen King
NOES: None
ABSENT: None
ABSTAIN: None
