RESOLUTION RESTRICTING PARKING ON UPPER HILL DRIVE
The City Council of the City of Saratoga hereby resolves as follows:
Section I: Based upon an engineering and traffic study, the following parking restrictions
shall designated on Upper Hill Drive:
NAME OF STREET DESCRIPTION
Upper Hill Drive On all sides from the No Parking or Stopping
northerly extension of 12:00 A.M. to 6:00 A.M.
westerly curbline of Upper
Hill Court to the westerly
terminus of Upper Hill Drive.
This resolution shall become effective at such time as the signs and/or markings installed
and supersedes Resolution MV-121.
The above and foregoing resolution was passed and adopted by the City Council of the
City of Saratoga at a regular meeting held on the 19th day of October, 2005, by the
following vote:
AYES: Councilmembers Aileen Kao, Nick Streit, Ann Waltonsmith,
Vice Mayor Norman Kline, Mayor Kathleen King
NOES: None
ABSENT: None
ABSTAIN: None
