Present: Scott Buchanan, Sharry Hu, Allie Moore, Becky Browri,

Heidi Dillon, Jeannie Boone, Nina Shah
Absent: Jason Edwards, Kristen Masters, Tammy Brown, Chris
Kummerer, Laney Whitcanack, Nicole Ford, Jessica Ring,
Laura Arnstein

The January 10, 1989 minutes were approved as written.

Pursuant to Government Code 54954.2, the agenda was posted at
City Hall.

A.Dance
1. The original speakers that were to be used are no longer in
operable condition. The commission will need to look into the
possibility of borrowing speakers. The other alternative is
having. the dance at Saratoga High School. If this was the case
then the commission would be allowed to use their sound system
The school does not allow their system to be taken off school
grounds.
2. The commission members who were present signed up for one of
the following committees - Publicity, Decorating and
Concessions. Everyone will participate on the publicity
committee as well, since that committee needs the most advance
work.
