RESOLUTION PROPOSING AMENDMENT TO ZONING ORDINANCE
AND DIRECTING CLERK TO SET TIME AND PLACE FORPUBLIC
HEARING, AND ORDERING NOTICE OF HEARING PUBLISHED.
WHEREAS, the City of Saratoga Council has received a resolution
of the City of Saratoga Planning Commission filed on the 8th day of
February, 1960, proposing amendment to Zoning Ordinance changing
property from one zoning district to another.
WHEREAS the City of Saratoga Council has decided to propose an
amendment to the Zoning Ordinance and hold hearing thereon.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City of Saratoga Council
does hereby propose an amendment to the Zoning Ordinance of the City
of Saratoga changing property from one zoning district to another.
AND BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Clerk of the City of Saratoga
Council be and he is hereby directed to set the time and place for a
public hearing on said proposed amendment.
AND BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Clerk of the Council be,
and he is hereby ordered to cause notice of the time and place for
the public hearing referred to herein to be published at least once
in a newspaper of general circulation in the City of Saratoga, said
publication to be completed at least ten (10) days before the date
set for said hearing.
PASSED AND ADOPTED BY the City of Saratoga Council, State of
California, this 17th day of February , 1960, by
the following roll call vote:
AYES: Brazil, Glennon, Jepsen, Rosasco, Langwill
