13th day of October, 1959, proposing amend:ment to Zoning Ordinance

V,IHEtlEAS the City of Saratoga Council has decided to proposa
.an amendment to the Zoning Ordinance and hold hearing thereon.
NOW, Tt.iEi:GFOt:tE, BE IT RESOLVED that 'i;~:e City of Saratoga
Council does hereby propose an amendment t,o the 2~or:~i. nf:70rdinar~ce of
the City of Saratoga imposin,~ regulations not heretofore imposed.

Sarato~';a Courtci]. be and he is hereby directed to set the tirae and
place for a public hearing; on said proposed amendment.
AND B.E IT FU][tTHEIf ftESOL~D that the Clerk of this Council
be, and he is hereby ordered to cause notice of the time and place
for the public hearing referred to herein to be published at ].east
