RESOLUTION PROPOSING AMENDMENT TO ZONING ORDINANCE AND
DIRECTING CLERK TO SET TIME AND PLACE FOR PUBLIC HEARING,
AND ORDERING NOTICE OF HEARING PUBLISHED
WHEREAS, the City of Council has received a resolution
of the City of Saratoga Planning Commission filed on the 25th day of
January, 1960, proposing amendment to Zoning Ordira nce changing
Residential District designations.
WHEREAS the City of Saratoga Council has decided to propose an
amendment to the Zoning Ordinance and hold hearing thereon.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City of ?aratoga Council
does hereby propose an amendment to the Zoning Ordinance of the City
of Saratoga changing Residential District designations.
AND BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Clerk of this Council be,
and he is hereby ordered to cause notice of the time and place for the
public hearing referred to herein to be published at least once in
a newspaper of general circulation in the City of Saratoga, said
publication to be completed at least ten (lOI days before the date
set for said hearing.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City of Saratoga Council, Sta~e of
California, this 3rd day of February, 1900 by the following vote:
AYES: Brazil, Glennon, Rosasco, Langwill
