RESOLUTION PROPOSING AMENDMENT TO ZONING ORDINANCE
AND DIRECTING CLERK TO SET TIME AND PLACE FOR PUBLIC
HEARING, AND ORDERING NOTICE OF HEARING PUBLISHED.
WHEREAS, the City of Saratoga Council has received a resolution of
the City of Saratoga Planning Commission filed on the 23rd day of February,
1960, proposing amendment to Zoning Ordinance repealing so much of
Ordinance 3PA-i as establishes RE:B4 zoning districts, and to adopt
C-S Zoning District as the regulations for the said described property,
WHEREAS the City of Saratoga Council has decided to propose an
amendment to the Zoning ordinance and hold hearing thereon.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City of Saratoga Council
does hereby propose an amendment to the Zoning Ordinance of 5he City of
Saratoga repealing so much of Ordinance 3PA-i as establishes ~r~E':B~ zoning
districts, and to adopt C-S Zoning Distridt ad the regulations for
the said described property.
AND BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Clerk of the City of Saratoga
Council be and he is hereby directed to set the time and place for
a public hearing on said proposed amendment.
AND BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Clerk of this Council. be, and
he is hereby ordered to cause notice of the time and place for the
public hearing referred to herein to be published at least once in a
newspaper of general circulation inthe City of Saratoga, said pub].ication
to be completed at leastten (10) days before the date set for said
hea ring.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City of Saratoga Council, State of California,
this 2nd day of E~larch, 1960, by the following roll call vote:
AYES: Brazil, Glennon, Jepsen, Rosasco, Langwill
