~tESOLUTiON AUTHO].IIZING ACDEPTANCE AND CONSENT
TO DEEDS AND GRANTS
The City Council of the City of Saratoga hereby resolves
as follows:
~rsuan~ %o Go~er~en% Code Section 27281 of ~he
~:$~a~e of California, %he City Clerk is hereby authorized ~o
accept and consen~ ~o deeds or grants conveying any interest in
or easement upon real estate to %he City of Saratoga for public
purposes. 'fhe City Clerk of ~he City of Saratoga who is here-
inabove authorized ~o so execute and deliver acceptances an~
consents is Gordon H. Howe.
i~esolution No. 40 of the City of Saratoga is hereby
superceded and repealed and shall be of no further force or
effect from and after the date of this resolution.
This resolution was regularly introduced and passed
at a reg~ar meeting of the City Council held on the lSth
day of ]~.~y _~ , 1960, by the following vote:
AYES: Glennon, Drake, Lsngwill
NOES: D~one ...~ A ~ .... '.': ~ ~,.~ ~'~
ABSENT: Brazil, Jepsen
