BE IT RESOLVED THAT THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SARATOGA,
does hereby designate the City Administrator, of said city to
prepare and file with the State ~ontroller each year the Annual
Street Report required by Section 2151 of the Streets and
Highways Code of the State of California.
The Above and foregoing resolution was duly and regularly
introduced and passed by the City Council of the City of Saratoga
on 'the _ 3rd .... day of .... , 19_.60 , by the
