The City Council of the City of Saratoga hereby resolves
as follows:
In consideration of the execution and delivery to
the City of Saratoga of that certain agreement dated
February 23, 1960, by Peninsula Recreation, Inco, under
the considera~i:ens therein set forth, the City of
Saratoga hereby extends the time of that certain
temporary >ermit issued on the 18th day of

ing the day of May, 1961.
The above and foregoing resolution was passed and adopted
~by the City Council of the City of Saratoga on the 2nd day
