RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL CON~RNING STaY
PMPED ~N ACC0~ WITH SE~TE. CON~~ ~SOL~ION 62
The City Co~cil of the City of S~at~a hereby resolves
as foll~s:
M~S, in accord with intent of Senate Concurrent Reso-
lution 62, ~he Department of ~lic Works of the City of Sara-
toga has prepared a report of Street and Bridge Deficiencies
~isting in the city, ~d
M~S, the City Co~cil of the City of Saratoga has re-
viewed the report prepped in accord with the intent of Senate
Conchrent Resolution 62;
T~MFO~, BE IT ~SOLVED that the City Council of the
City of Saratoga cause said report to be transmitted to the
~ief Engineer, ~lifornia Division of Highways, for use in
preparing statistical data retired by Senate Concurrent Reso-
lution 62.
The above resolution ~s duly and regularly introduced
and passed by the City Co~cil of the City of Saratoga at its
re~lar meeting held on the 6th day of April, 1960, by the
foll~ing vote:
