RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUP~CIL OF THE CITY OF
SARATOGA ADOPTING AND APPROVING THE MASTEt~
AGREEMENT FOR EXPENDITURE OF FUNDS ALLOCATED
UNDER SECTION 2107.5 OF THE STREETS AND HIGH-
WAYS CODE
WHEREAS, a master agreement has been presented to
be entered into with the State of California for expenditure
of the engineering allocation in bhe City of Saratoga, and;
WHEREAS, the City Council has heard read said agree-
ment in full and is familiar with the contents thereof;
THEREFORE, be it resolved by the City Council of
the City of Saratoga that said master agreement b~ and it
is hereby adopted to cover the budgeting of proposed expendi-
tures of the engineering allocation to cities, and said
agreement be and the same is hereby approved and the mayor
and the city clerk are directed to sign the same on behalf
of said city, said agreement to be binding upont the city
upon its execution by the authorized officals of the State.
The above and foregoing resolution was passed and
adopted this 4th day of MaY , 1960, by the
following vote:
AYES: Brazil, Glennon, Jepsen, Drake, Langwill
NOES: None
ABSENT: Nnne
