RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE !CITY OF SAi~i. TOGA
ADOPTING BUDGET PROPOSAL F0i~ EXPENDITURES OF FUhrDS
ALLOCATE]) UNDER SECTI'0N 2107,5~ OF THE STREETS Ah$
HIGHWAYS CODE
The City Council of the City of Saratoga hereby resolves as follows:
WHEREAS, a ~i[aster Agreement has been presented -~'~-. ente

into between the :State of Calif0'rnia and the City of ~..rat. opia for
the expenditure of the Engineering Allocation to Cities; and
WHE~EAS, the City Council has heard read said Agr~sement in full
and is familiar with the contents thereof; and
~EREAS, a budget proposal for the expenditure of funds allocated
under .Section 2107.5 ~f the Streets and Highways Code for the fiscal
year ending June 30, 1961, has been prepared for presentation ~o
the State of California;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT t~$OLVED by the City Council of the City
of Saratoga that said budget proposal be and is hereby adopted as
the budget of proposed expenditures of the Engineering Allocation
to Cities, and said budget proposei'm be and the same is hereby
approved and City Clerk is directed to sign the same on behalf of
said City, said budget proposal to be binding upon the City upon
its approval by the authorized Officials of the State.
The above Resolution was duly and regularly introduced and
passed by the Council of the City of Saratoga at its regular meeting
